We welcome applications from brick-and-mortar shops, online boutiques, creative studios, workshop hosts, and established small businesses with a valid business license or reseller permit. Our program is designed for businesses that align with the creative, curated spirit of Elsie Lane DecoPosh®.

The minimum opening order is $250. This allows new partners to launch the line with a strong, well-rounded selection. After the opening order has been completed, there is no minimum for reorders — we want re-stocking to remain easy and flexible for your business.

Approved retailers receive 50% off retail pricing on eligible Elsie Lane DecoPosh® products. Wholesale pricing becomes visible automatically when you are logged into your approved account.

All wholesale orders are placed directly through our website using your approved account login. Once logged in, you will see your wholesale pricing automatically applied throughout the store.

At this time we do not offer net terms. Payment is due at checkout for all wholesale orders. As the program grows, additional options may be introduced in the future.

Wholesale orders ship from our studio in Washington State. Shipping is calculated at checkout. International retailers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required by their country.

Elsie Lane DecoPosh® products may be sold through your own retail channels including brick-and-mortar shops, independent websites, workshops, and creative events. Resale on mass-market third-party platforms such as Amazon, Temu, Shein, or similar marketplaces is not authorized. Etsy sales require prior written approval due to the higher MSRP structure of the marketplace and are limited to shops that represent an original creative business.

At this time, we do not offer formal territory exclusivity. However, we are thoughtful and intentional about how we place our wholesale partners and we strive to maintain a healthy balance of retailers within each market. As the Elsie Lane DecoPosh® program grows, more structured territory options may be introduced.

Approved product images and branding assets may be used for marketing purposes. Designs, artwork, and product names remain the intellectual property of Elsie Lane Art Garage and may not be altered, reproduced, or claimed as original work by the retailer.

Wholesale orders are considered final sale. If your shipment arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery with clear photographic documentation so we may review and assist.

Yes. We reserve the right to update pricing, policies, and program guidelines as the program evolves. Any changes will be communicated to our wholesale partners.
