First floor delivery is included in the price of this piece in the continental U.S. I only work with reputable, dependable shippers to insure your piece is delivered safely.    Second floor delivery is available for an extra charge. Please ask for a quote. 
Once shipping is booked it can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks for delivery. (depending on the shippers, how far the piece has to travel) I use private shippers who blanket wrap each piece of furniture and personally deliver to your door. They handle the furniture with great care!
